As a consequence of the termination of the contract, all payments received from the User will be returned, except for additional costs resulting from the User's own choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive ordinary delivery method offered by the Website, without any undue delay and, in any case, within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the date on which the contract is considered terminated.<\/p>\n

In the event of withdrawal, VerdeRebelde will reimburse the User for all payments received, including shipping costs (with the exception of additional costs chosen by the User for a shipping method other than the least expensive method offered on the Website) without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which VerdeRebelde is informed of the User's decision to withdraw.<\/p>\n

VerdeRebelde will reimburse the User using the same payment method that the User used to make the initial purchase transaction. This reimbursement will not generate any additional costs for the User. The User acknowledges that there are exceptions to the right of withdrawal, as set out in article 103 of Royal Legislative Decree 1\/2007, of 16 November, approving the revised text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws. Como tal, el Sitio Web utiliza un sistema de pago seguro SSL (Secure Socket Layer).<\/p>\n\n\n\n Las tarjetas de cr\u00e9dito estar\u00e1n sujetas a comprobaciones y autorizaciones por parte de la entidad bancaria emisora de las mismas, si dicha entidad no autorizase el pago, VerdeRebelde no ser\u00e1 responsable por ning\u00fan retraso o falta de entrega y no podr\u00e1 formalizar ning\u00fan contrato con el Usuario.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Una vez que VerdeRebelde reciba la orden de compra por parte del Usuario a trav\u00e9s del Sitio Web, se har\u00e1 una pre-autorizaci\u00f3n en la tarjeta que corresponda para asegurar que existen fondos suficientes para completar la transacci\u00f3n. El cargo en la tarjeta se har\u00e1 en el momento en que se env\u00ede al Usuario la confirmaci\u00f3n de env\u00edo y\/o confirmaci\u00f3n del servicio que se presta en forma y, en su caso, lugar establecidos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Si el medio de pago es PayPal, tarjeta regalo o tarjeta abono el cargo se har\u00e1 en el momento en que VerdeRebelde env\u00ede una confirmaci\u00f3n del pedido de compra o adquisici\u00f3n de productos y\/o servicios al Usuario.<\/p>\n\n\n\n En todo caso, al hacer clic en \"Pagar\" el Usuario confirma que el m\u00e9todo de pago utilizado es suyo, o que, en su caso, es el leg\u00edtimo poseedor de la tarjeta regalo o de la tarjeta abono.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Los pedidos de compra o adquisici\u00f3n en los que el Usuario seleccione como medio de pago la transferencia bancaria ser\u00e1n reservados durante 5 d\u00edas naturales a partir de la confirmaci\u00f3n del pedido para poder dejar el tiempo suficiente a que la transferencia bancaria sea tomada en cuenta por el sistema de pagos utilizado por VerdeRebelde para el Sitio Web. Cuando el sistema recibe la transferencia, el pedido ser\u00e1 preparado y gestionado para env\u00edo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Mediante este m\u00e9todo de pago, el Usuario debe asegurarse que introduce correctamente el importe exacto del pedido de compra, as\u00ed como el n\u00famero de cuenta y la referencia de la transferencia. En caso de error, VerdeRebelde no podr\u00e1 validar el pedido, que ser\u00e1 anulado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Para el pago contra-reembolso, el Usuario debe seleccionar \"Contra Reembolso\" entre los m\u00e9todos de pago en el Sitio Web y continuar hasta Pagar para pasar el pedido de compra. A partir de ese momento, VerdeRebelde se reserva el derecho a ponerse en contacto con el Usuario con el fin de validar el pedido de compra con \u00e9l. Tras esto, el pedido ser\u00e1 preparado y puesto a disposici\u00f3n para la gesti\u00f3n de su env\u00edo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n El pago se realizar\u00e1 en el momento de entrega del pedido por repartidor del transportista. El pago se efectuar\u00e1 \u00fanicamente en efectivo. El Usuario se compromete a entregar al repartidor del transportista el importe exacto del pedido, \u00e9ste no podr\u00e1 proporcionar cambio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Para la devoluci\u00f3n del importe en los pedidos pagados por contra\u2013reembolso, VerdeRebelde se reserva el derecho de 14 d\u00edas naturales despu\u00e9s de solicitada la devoluci\u00f3n a trav\u00e9s del Sitio Web y habiendo sido devuelto el paquete al transportista. A la hora de realizar la devoluci\u00f3n, el Usuario deber\u00e1 indicar sus datos bancarios para recibir la transferencia correspondiente al reembolso solicitado del importe al pedido devuelto. El reembolso del importe de los pedidos pagados por el contra-reembolso ser\u00e1 hecho \u00fanicamente por transferencia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n VerdeRebelde se reserva el derecho de suspender el pago por contra-reembolso a aquellos Usuarios que no han cumplido con los requisitos necesarios en pedidos pasados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n En los casos en los que proceda realizar la entrega f\u00edsica del bien contratado, las entregas se efectuar\u00e1n en el \u00e1mbito del siguiente territorio: Espa\u00f1a (Pen\u00ednsula y Baleares) Espa\u00f1a (Pen\u00ednsula, Baleares, Canarias, Ceuta y Melilla) Espa\u00f1a (Pen\u00ednsula y Baleares), Uni\u00f3n Europea Espa\u00f1a (Pen\u00ednsula, Baleares, Canarias, Ceuta y Melilla), Uni\u00f3n Europea Espa\u00f1a (Pen\u00ednsula y Baleares), Uni\u00f3n Europea, Resto de Europa Espa\u00f1a (Pen\u00ednsula, Baleares, Canarias, Ceuta y Melilla), Uni\u00f3n Europea, Resto de Europa Todo el mundo<\/p>\n\n\n\n Exceptuando aquellos casos en los que existan circunstancias imprevistas o extraordinarias o, en su caso, derivadas de la personalizaci\u00f3n de los productos, el pedido de compra consistente en los productos relacionados en cada confirmaci\u00f3n de compra ser\u00e1 entregado en el plazo se\u00f1alado en el Sitio Web seg\u00fan el m\u00e9todo de env\u00edo seleccionado por el Usuario y, en todo caso, en el plazo m\u00e1ximo de 30 d\u00edas naturales a contar desde la fecha de la confirmaci\u00f3n del pedido.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Si por alg\u00fan motivo, que le fuera imputable, VerdeRebelde no pudiera cumplir con la fecha de entrega, contactar\u00e1 al Usuario para informarle de esta circunstancia y, \u00e9ste podr\u00e1 elegir seguir adelante con la compra estableciendo una nueva fecha de entrega o bien anular el pedido con el reembolso total del precio pagado. En cualquier caso, las entregas a domicilio se realizan en d\u00edas laborables.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Si resultara imposible efectuar la entrega del pedido por ausencia del Usuario, el pedido podr\u00eda ser devuelto al almac\u00e9n. No obstante, el transportista dejar\u00eda un aviso explicando d\u00f3nde se encuentra el pedido y c\u00f3mo hacer para que sea entregado de nuevo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Si el Usuario no va a estar en el lugar de entrega en la franja horaria convenida, debe ponerse en contacto con VerdeRebelde para convenir la entrega otro d\u00eda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n En caso de que transcurran 30 d\u00edas desde que su pedido est\u00e9 disponible para su entrega, y no haya sido entregado por causa no imputable a VerdeRebelde, VerdeRebelde entender\u00e1 que el Usuario desea desistir del contrato y \u00e9ste se considerar\u00e1 resuelto. Como consecuencia de la resoluci\u00f3n del contrato, todos los pagos recibidos del Usuario le ser\u00e1n devueltos, a excepci\u00f3n de los gastos adicionales resultantes de la elecci\u00f3n propia del Usuario de una modalidad de entrega diferente a la modalidad menos costosa de entrega ordinaria que ofrece el Sitio Web, sin ninguna demora indebida y, en cualquier caso, en el plazo m\u00e1ximo de 14 d\u00edas naturales desde la fecha en que se considera resuelto el contrato.<\/p>\n\n\n\n No obstante, el Usuario debe tener presente que el transporte derivado de la resoluci\u00f3n puede tener un coste adicional que le podr\u00e1 ser repercutido.<\/p>\n\n\n\n A efectos de las presentes Condiciones, se entender\u00e1 que se ha producido la entrega o que el pedido ha sido entregado en el momento en el que el Usuario o un tercero indicado por el Usuario adquiera la posesi\u00f3n material de los productos, lo que se acreditar\u00e1 mediante la firma de la recepci\u00f3n del pedido en la direcci\u00f3n de entrega convenida.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Los riesgos que de los productos se pudieran derivar ser\u00e1n a cargo del Usuario a partir del momento de su entrega. El Usuario adquiere la propiedad de los productos cuando VerdeRebelde recibe el pago completo de todas las cantidades debidas en relaci\u00f3n a la compra o adquisici\u00f3n efectuada, incluidos los gastos de env\u00edo, o bien en el momento de la entrega, si \u00e9sta tiene lugar en un momento posterior a la recepci\u00f3n completa del importe objeto de pago por VerdeRebelde.<\/p>\n\n\n\n De conformidad con lo dispuesto en la Ley 37\/1992, de 28 de diciembre, del Impuesto sobre el Valor A\u00f1adido (IVA), los pedidos de compra para su entrega y\/o prestaci\u00f3n se entender\u00e1n localizados en el territorio de aplicaci\u00f3n del IVA espa\u00f1ol si la direcci\u00f3n de entrega est\u00e1 en territorio espa\u00f1ol salvo Canarias, Ceuta y Melilla. El tipo de IVA aplicable ser\u00e1 el legalmente vigente en cada momento en funci\u00f3n del art\u00edculo concreto de que se trate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n En este mismo sentido, y de conformidad con el Cap\u00edtulo I del t\u00edtulo V de la Directiva 2006\/112 del Consejo del 28 de noviembre de 2006 relativa al sistema com\u00fan del IVA, los pedidos de compra se localizaran, para su entrega y\/o prestaci\u00f3n, en aquel Estado miembro de la Uni\u00f3n Europea en que la direcci\u00f3n que figura en el pedido de compra se localiza y, por tanto, el IVA aplicable ser\u00e1 el vigente en dicho Estado miembro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n En los pedidos con destino a Canarias, Ceuta y Melilla, las entregas se encontrar\u00e1n exentas de IVA por aplicaci\u00f3n de lo dispuesto en Ley 37\/1992, y a la Directiva 2006\/112, sin perjuicio de la aplicaci\u00f3n de los impuestos y aranceles correspondientes conforme a la normativa vigente en cada uno de estos territorios. El Usuario debe tener en cuenta que en estos territorios podr\u00edan darse situaciones en que se aplican y devengan impuestos y derechos de aduanas en destino, de conformidad con la normativa vigente, y que estos podr\u00edan correr de su parte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Para el resto de localizaciones, distintas a las anteriores, donde los pedidos de compra se localizaran, para su entrega y\/o prestaci\u00f3n se aplicar\u00e1 la normativa vigente en cada momento; el Usuario debe tener en cuenta que esto podr\u00eda generar la aplicaci\u00f3n y devengo de impuestos y derechos de aduanas en destino, de conformidad con la normativa vigente en destino, y que estos podr\u00edan correr de su parte. Para ampliar informaci\u00f3n, el Usuario debe dirigirse a la oficina de aduanas en destino.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Se pone en conocimiento del Usuario que en caso de que detecte que se ha producido un error al introducir datos necesarios para procesar su solicitud de compra en el Sitio Web, podr\u00e1 modificar los mismos poni\u00e9ndose en contacto con VerdeRebelde a trav\u00e9s de los espacios de contacto habilitados en el Sitio Web, y, en su caso, a trav\u00e9s de aquellos habilitados para contactar con el servicio de atenci\u00f3n al cliente, y\/o utilizando los datos de contacto facilitados en la cl\u00e1usula primera (Informaci\u00f3n general). Asimismo, estas informaciones tambi\u00e9n podr\u00edan subsanarse por el Usuario a trav\u00e9s de su espacio personal de conexi\u00f3n al Sitio Web.<\/p>\n\n\n\n En cualquier caso, el Usuario, antes de hacer clic en \"Pagar\", tiene acceso al espacio, carrito, o cesta donde se van anotando sus solicitudes de compra y puede hacer modificaciones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n De igual forma, se remite al Usuario a consultar el Aviso Legal y Condiciones Generales de Uso y, en concreto, la Pol\u00edtica de Privacidad para recabar m\u00e1s informaci\u00f3n sobre c\u00f3mo ejercer su derecho de rectificaci\u00f3n seg\u00fan lo establecido en el Reglamento (UE) 2016\/679 del Parlamento Europeo y del Consejo, de 27 de abril de 2016, relativo a la protecci\u00f3n de las personas f\u00edsicas en lo que respecta al tratamiento de datos personales y a la libre circulaci\u00f3n de estos datos (RGPD) y en la Ley Org\u00e1nica 3\/2018, de 5 de diciembre, de Protecci\u00f3n de Datos Personales y garant\u00eda de los derechos digitales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n En los casos en los que el Usuario adquiriera productos en o trav\u00e9s del Sitio Web del titular, le asisten una serie de derechos, tal y como se enumeran y describen a continuaci\u00f3n:<\/p>\n\n\n\n El Usuario, en tanto que consumidor y usuario, realiza una compra en el Sitio Web y, por tanto le asiste el derecho a desistir de dicha compra en un plazo de 14 d\u00edas naturales sin necesidad de justificaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Este plazo de desistimiento expirar\u00e1 a los 14 d\u00edas naturales del d\u00eda que el Usuario o un tercero autorizado por \u00e9ste, distinto del transportista, adquiri\u00f3 la posesi\u00f3n material de los bienes adquiridos en el Sitio Web de VerdeRebelde o en caso de que los bienes que componen su pedido se entreguen por separado, a los 14 d\u00edas naturales del d\u00eda que el Usuario o un tercero autorizado por \u00e9ste, distinto del transportista, adquiri\u00f3 la posesi\u00f3n material del \u00faltimo de esos bienes que compon\u00edan un mismo pedido de compra, o en el caso de tratarse de un contrato de servicios, a los 14 d\u00edas naturales desde el d\u00eda de la celebraci\u00f3n del contrato.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Para ejercer este derecho de desistimiento, el Usuario deber\u00e1 notificar su decisi\u00f3n a VerdeRebelde. Podr\u00e1 hacerlo, en su caso, a trav\u00e9s de los espacios de contacto habilitados en el Sitio Web.<\/p>\n\n\n\n El Usuario, independientemente del medio que elija para comunicar su decisi\u00f3n, debe expresar de forma clara e inequ\u00edvoca que es su intenci\u00f3n desistir del contrato de compra. En todo caso, el Usuario podr\u00e1 utilizar el modelo de formulario de desistimiento que VerdeRebelde pone a su disposici\u00f3n como parte anexada a estas Condiciones, sin embargo, su uso no es obligatorio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Para cumplir el plazo de desistimiento, basta con que la comunicaci\u00f3n que expresa inequ\u00edvocamente la decisi\u00f3n de desistir sea enviada antes de que venza el plazo correspondiente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n En caso de desistimiento, VerdeRebelde reembolsar\u00e1 al Usuario todos los pagos recibidos, incluidos los gastos de env\u00edo (con la excepci\u00f3n de los gastos adicionales elegidos por el Usuario para una modalidad de env\u00edo diferente a la modalidad menos costosa ofrecida en el Sitio Web) sin ninguna demora indebida y, en todo caso, a m\u00e1s tardar en 14 d\u00edas naturales a partir de la fecha en la que VerdeRebelde es informado de la decisi\u00f3n de desistir por el Usuario.<\/p>\n\n\n\n VerdeRebelde reembolsar\u00e1 al Usuario utilizando el mismo m\u00e9todo de pago que emple\u00f3 este para realizar la transacci\u00f3n inicial de compra. Este reembolso no generar\u00e1 ning\u00fan coste adicional al Usuario. No obstante, VerdeRebelde podr\u00eda retener dicho reembolso hasta haber recibido los productos o art\u00edculos de la compra, o hasta que el Usuario presente una prueba de la devoluci\u00f3n de los mismos, seg\u00fan qu\u00e9 condici\u00f3n se cumpla primero.<\/p>\n\n\n\n El Usuario puede devolver o enviar los productos a VerdeRebelde en: C\/ Virgen de Bego\u00f1a, 86 46190 Riba-roja del T\u00faria (Valencia)<\/p>\n\n\n\n Y deber\u00e1 hacerlo sin ninguna demora indebida y, en cualquier caso, a m\u00e1s tardar en el plazo de 14 d\u00edas naturales a partir de la fecha en que VerdeRebelde fue informado de la decisi\u00f3n de desistimiento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n El Usuario reconoce conocer que deber\u00e1 asumir el coste directo de devoluci\u00f3n (transporte, entrega) de los bienes, si se incurriera en alguno. Adem\u00e1s, ser\u00e1 responsable de la disminuci\u00f3n de valor de los productos resultante de una manipulaci\u00f3n distinta a la necesaria para establecer la naturaleza, las caracter\u00edsticas y el funcionamiento de los bienes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n El Usuario reconoce saber que existen excepciones al derecho de desistimiento, tal y como se recoge en el art\u00edculo 103 del Real Decreto Legislativo 1\/2007, de 16 de noviembre, por el que se aprueba el texto refundido de la Ley General para la Defensa de los Consumidores y Usuarios y otras leyes complementarias. De forma enunciativa, y no exhaustiva, este ser\u00eda el caso de: productos personalizados; productos que puedan deteriorarse o caducar con rapidez; CDs\/DVD de m\u00fasica o video sin su envoltorio, tal y como se precinta en f\u00e1brica; productos que por razones de higiene o de la salud van precintados y han sido desprecintados tras la entrega; suministro de contenido digital sin soporte f\u00edsico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n En este mismo sentido se rige la prestaci\u00f3n de un servicio que el Usuario pudiera contratar en este Sitio Web, pues esta misma Ley establece que no asistir\u00e1 el Derecho de desistimiento a los Usuarios cuando la prestaci\u00f3n del servicio ha sido completamente ejecutada, o cuando haya comenzado, con el consentimiento expreso del consumidor y usuario y con el reconocimiento por su parte de que es consciente de que, una vez que el contrato haya sido completamente ejecutado por VerdeRebelde, habr\u00e1 perdido su derecho de desistimiento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n En todo caso, no se har\u00e1 ning\u00fan reembolso si el producto ha sido usado m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de la mera apertura del mismo, de productos que no est\u00e9n en las mismas condiciones en las que se entregaron o que hayan sufrido alg\u00fan da\u00f1o tras la entrega.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Asimismo, se debe devolver los productos usando o incluyendo todos sus envoltorios originales, las instrucciones y dem\u00e1s documentos que en su caso los acompa\u00f1en, adem\u00e1s de una copia de la factura de compra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n En el siguiente enlace puede descargarse el Modelo de formulario de desistimiento:<\/p>\n\n\n\n Se trata de todos aquellos casos en los que el Usuario considera que, en el momento de la entrega, el producto no se ajusta a lo estipulado en el contrato o pedido de compra, y que, por tanto, deber\u00e1 ponerse en contacto con VerdeRebelde inmediatamente y hacerle saber la disconformidad existente (defecto\/error) por los mismos medios o utilizando los datos de contacto que se facilitan en el apartado anterior (Derecho de Desistimiento).<\/p>\n\n\n\n El Usuario ser\u00e1 entonces informado sobre c\u00f3mo proceder a la devoluci\u00f3n de los productos, y estos, una vez devueltos, ser\u00e1n examinados y se informar\u00e1 al Usuario, dentro de un plazo razonable, si procede el reembolso o, en su caso, la sustituci\u00f3n del mismo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n El reembolso o la sustituci\u00f3n del producto se efectuar\u00e1 lo antes posible y, en cualquier caso, dentro de los 14 d\u00edas siguientes a la fecha en la que le enviemos un correo electr\u00f3nico confirmando que procede el reembolso o la sustituci\u00f3n del art\u00edculo no conforme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n El importe abonado por aquellos productos que sean devueltos a causa de alg\u00fan defecto, cuando realmente exista, ser\u00e1 reembolsado \u00edntegramente, incluidos los gastos de entrega y los costes en que hubiera podido incurrir el Usuario para realizar la devoluci\u00f3n. El reembolso se efectuar\u00e1 por el mismo medio de pago que el Usuario utiliz\u00f3 para pagar la compra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n En todo caso, se estar\u00e1 siempre a los derechos reconocidos en la legislaci\u00f3n vigente en cada momento para el Usuario, en tanto que consumidor y usuario.<\/p>\n\n\n\n El Usuario, en tanto que consumidor y usuario, goza de garant\u00edas sobre los productos que pueda adquirir a trav\u00e9s de este Sitio Web, en los t\u00e9rminos legalmente establecidos para cada tipo de producto, respondiendo VerdeRebelde, por tanto, por la falta de conformidad de los mismos que se manifieste en un plazo de tres a\u00f1os desde la entrega del producto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n En este sentido, se entiende que los productos son conformes con el contrato siempre que: se ajusten a la descripci\u00f3n realizada por VerdeRebelde y posean las cualidades presentadas en la misma; sean aptos para los usos a que ordinariamente se destinan los productos del mismo tipo; y presenten la calidad y prestaciones habituales de un producto del mismo tipo y que sean fundamentalmente esperables del mismo. Cuando esto no sea as\u00ed respecto de los productos entregados al Usuario, \u00e9ste deber\u00e1 proceder tal y como se indica en el apartado Devoluci\u00f3n de productos defectuosos o error en el env\u00edo. No obstante, algunos de los productos que se comercializan en el Sitio Web, podr\u00edan presentar caracter\u00edsticas no homog\u00e9neas siempre y cuando \u00e9stas deriven del tipo de material con el que se han fabricado, y que por ende formar\u00e1n parte de la apariencia individual del producto, y no ser\u00e1n un defecto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Por otra parte, podr\u00eda llegar a darse el caso que el Usuario adquiere en el Sitio Web un producto de una marca o de fabricaci\u00f3n por un tercero. En este caso, y considerando el Usuario que se trata de un producto defectuoso, \u00e9ste tambi\u00e9n tiene la posibilidad de ponerse en contacto con la marca o fabricante responsable del producto para averiguar c\u00f3mo ejercer su derecho de garant\u00eda legal directamente frente a los mismos durante los tres a\u00f1os siguientes a la entrega de dichos productos. Para ello, el Usuario debe haber conservado toda la informaci\u00f3n en relaci\u00f3n con la garant\u00eda de los productos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n No obstante, para conocer m\u00e1s sobre el Servicio Posventa que VerdeRebelde pone al servicio de los Usuarios del el Sitio Web puede consultarlo aqu\u00ed:<\/p>\n\n\n\n Salvo disposici\u00f3n legal en sentido contrario, VerdeRebelde no aceptar\u00e1 ninguna responsabilidad por las siguientes p\u00e9rdidas, con independencia de su origen:<\/p>\n\n\n\n Igualmente, VerdeRebelde tambi\u00e9n limita su responsabilidad en cuanto a los siguientes casos:<\/p>\n\n\n\n De esta forma, las obligaciones quedar\u00e1n suspendidas durante el periodo en que la causa de fuerza mayor contin\u00fae, y VerdeRebelde dispondr\u00e1 de una ampliaci\u00f3n en el plazo para cumplirlas por un periodo de tiempo igual al que dure la causa de fuerza mayor. VerdeRebelde pondr\u00e1 todos los medios razonables para encontrar una soluci\u00f3n que le permita cumplir con sus obligaciones a pesar de la causa de fuerza mayor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Mediante el uso de este Sitio Web, el Usuario acepta que la mayor parte de las comunicaciones con VerdeRebelde sean electr\u00f3nicas (correo electr\u00f3nico o avisos publicados en el Sitio Web).<\/p>\n\n\n\n A efectos contractuales, el Usuario consiente en usar este medio electr\u00f3nico de comunicaci\u00f3n y reconoce que todo contrato, notificaci\u00f3n, informaci\u00f3n y dem\u00e1s comunicaciones que VerdeRebelde env\u00ede de forma electr\u00f3nica cumplen con los requisitos legales de ser por escrito. Esta condici\u00f3n no afectar\u00e1 a los derechos reconocidos por ley al Usuario.<\/p>\n\n\n\n El Usuario puede enviar notificaciones y\/o comunicarse con VerdeRebelde a trav\u00e9s de los datos de contacto que en estas Condiciones se facilitan y, en su caso, a trav\u00e9s de los espacios de contacto del Sitio Web.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Igualmente, salvo que se estipule lo contrario, VerdeRebelde puede contactar y\/o notificar al Usuario en su correo electr\u00f3nico o en la direcci\u00f3n postal facilitada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Ninguna renuncia de VerdeRebelde a un derecho o acci\u00f3n legal concreta o la falta de requerimiento por VerdeRebelde del cumplimiento estricto por el Usuario de alguna de sus obligaciones supondr\u00e1, ni una renuncia a otros derechos o acciones derivados de un contrato o de las Condiciones, ni exonerar\u00e1 al Usuario del cumplimiento de sus obligaciones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Ninguna renuncia de VerdeRebelde a alguna de las presentes Condiciones o a los derechos o acciones derivados de un contrato surtir\u00e1 efecto, a no ser que se establezca expresamente que es una renuncia y se formalice y se le comunique al Usuario por escrito.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Si alguna de las presentes Condiciones fuesen declaradas nulas y sin efecto por resoluci\u00f3n firme dictada por autoridad competente, el resto de las cl\u00e1usulas permanecer\u00e1n en vigor, sin que queden afectadas por dicha declaraci\u00f3n de nulidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Las presentes Condiciones y todo documento al que se haga referencia expresa en estas constituyen el acuerdo \u00edntegro existente entre el Usuario y VerdeRebelde en relaci\u00f3n con el objeto de compraventa y sustituyen a cualquier otro pacto, acuerdo o promesa anterior convenida verbalmente o por escrito por las mismas partes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n El Usuario y VerdeRebelde reconocen haber consentido la celebraci\u00f3n de un contrato sin haber confiado en ninguna declaraci\u00f3n o promesa hecha por la otra parte, salvo aquello que figura expresamente mencionado en las presentes Condiciones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n La informaci\u00f3n o datos de car\u00e1cter personal que el Usuario facilite a VerdeRebelde en el curso de una transacci\u00f3n en el Sitio Web, ser\u00e1n tratados con arreglo a lo establecido en la Pol\u00edtica de Privacidad o de protecci\u00f3n de datos (contenida, en su caso, en el Aviso Legal y Condiciones Generales de Uso). Al acceder, navegar y\/o usar el Sitio Web el Usuario consiente el tratamiento de dicha informaci\u00f3n y datos y declara que toda la informaci\u00f3n o datos que facilita son veraces.<\/p>\n\n\n\n El acceso, navegaci\u00f3n y\/o uso de este Sitio Web y los contratos de compra de productos a trav\u00e9s del mismo se regir\u00e1n por la legislaci\u00f3n espa\u00f1ola.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Cualquier controversia, problema o desacuerdo que surja o este relacionado con el acceso, navegaci\u00f3n y\/o uso del Sitio Web, o con la interpretaci\u00f3n y ejecuci\u00f3n de estas Condiciones, o con los contratos de venta entre VerdeRebelde y el Usuario, ser\u00e1 sometida a la jurisdicci\u00f3n no exclusiva de los juzgados y tribunales espa\u00f1oles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n El Usuario puede hacer llegar a VerdeRebelde sus quejas, reclamaciones o todo otro comentario que desee realizar a trav\u00e9s de los datos de contacto que se facilitan al principio de estas Condiciones (Informaci\u00f3n General).<\/p>\n\n\n\n Adem\u00e1s, VerdeRebelde dispone de hojas oficiales de reclamaci\u00f3n a disposici\u00f3n de los consumidores y usuarios, y que estos pueden solicitar a VerdeRebelde en cualquier momento, utilizando los datos de contacto que se facilitan al principio de estas Condiciones (Informaci\u00f3n General).<\/p>\n\n\n\n Asimismo, si de la celebraci\u00f3n de este contrato de compra entre VerdeRebelde y el Usuario emanara una controversia, el Usuario como consumidor puede solicitar una soluci\u00f3n extrajudicial de controversias, de acuerdo con el Reglamento (UE) 524\/2013 del Parlamento Europeo y del Consejo, de 21 de mayo de 2013, sobre resoluci\u00f3n de litigios en l\u00ednea en materia de consumo y por el que se modifica el Reglamento (CE) 2006\/2004 y la Directiva 2009\/22\/CE.
